Chocolate Bar by Pierre Hermé Paris is back at Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris!

Pierre Hermé, who has overseen the pastries at Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris since 2012 and was
awarded ‘World’s Best Pastry Chef 2016’ by the World’s 50 Best Restaurants, has imagined a new
menu at the Chocolate Bar located within Le Bar Long.

Every afternoon, Le Bar Long will turn into a real chocolate temple where gourmands can discover
new creations imagined with the signature flavors of Pierre Hermé Paris.

Desserts: an initiation of tastes, textures and temperatures around chocolate with creations like
Plénitude (Chocolate & Salted butter caramel), Chloé (Chocolate & Raspberry) with choux pastry,
raspberry crumble, smooth raspberry chocolate cream, Infiniment Chocolat ice cream, Manjari
chocolate chips with fleur de sel, cold Manjari chocolate sauce, and raspberries or a millefeuille
Infiniment Chocolat with Paineiras chocolate.


Not to be missed: Ultime, a brand-new dessert recipe of Pierre Hermé Paris combining chocolate and
vanilla, with a pronounced taste. The rich Pure Origin Belizean chocolate cream of the Xibun Plantation
in the Cayo District delivers the purity of its cocoa taste while the vanilla of Madagascar releases a
flavored scent.

Drinks: Pierre Hermé proposes the following creations to complete this unique experience in Paris:
Infiniment Chocolat (Intense dark chocolate), Comme au 16ème siècle (Chocolate warmed by spices) and Viennois (Hot chocolate, Chantilly cream).
