Your carrier path

Induction, Training, Mobility

Your orientation process is a very important moment in our company. The Manager will meet you personally to get to know you better. They will introduce and explain to you the driving force behind our day-to-day work and what the Spirit of LE ROYAL MONCEAU – Raffles Paris.

You will take part in our orientation days, which are designed to to make you familiar with all the hotel departments and heads of department. You will be given a tour of the hotel, to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of LE ROYAL MONCEAU – Raffles Paris and shown the outlets to enable you to satisfy our customers’ requests.

Throughout your career with Raffles, we commit to train you in our tools and standards. We will regularly ask you about your training requests. Training is an essential feature of our in-house mobility policy.

In-house mobility is encouraged within LE ROYAL MONCEAU – Raffles Paris as in all the hotels of the Raffles Group. Annual reviews are held once a year to help you develop. When job opportunities arise, employees are the first notified.
