On April 1, renowned Pastry Chef Quentin Lechat launches his very first Tea Time.
Quentin Lechat is pleased to invite you to his very first Tea Time at Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris! The Pastry Chef has dreamed up a new offering to be experienced as a theater piece in many acts available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the heart of the most Parisian of Palaces. The elegance and refinement quintessential to the Palace envelops every last detail of this fabulously gourmet and highly exclusive escape. Nestle into the armchairs of Bar Long with a view of the inner garden, exhale deeply and prepare your senses for an unforgettable, gourmet and convivial moment that will rock your taste buds’ world.
With the idea of reinventing the classic, Pastry Chef Quentin Lechat proposes a Tea Time in four seasonally evolving phases. Our journey begins with a variety of mini pastries (featuring ou famous “Princes” and new fruity creations), followed by a small cake, the “Perle Vanille”. The “hot/cold chocolate, grand cru” is presented “live”, to foster even more intimacy and a truly interactive experience.
Led first and foremost by its lively team of Pastry Chefs who jill join guests to create an unforgettable moment, the Tea Time experience promises to feel lively and personalized. The gourmet pause in time will end with the tasting of the travel cakes (the “marble cake”, the “lemon heart brioche” and the emblematic “royal flan”).
Only the finest and most unique pairings are proposed by Pastry Chef Quentin Lechat (in collaboration with the second-to-none mixology team) – including a signature mocktail).
This gourmet, intimate moment is also accompanied by hot beverages and bubbles (for Champagne lovers). Your seat awaits!
