Pastry Chef Quentin Lechat imagines a brand new Tea Time for the fall season.
As soon as autumn arrives, what could be more comforting than sharing a sweet break in the most Parisian of Palaces?
The Pastry Chef of Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris reinterprets his Tea Time with a four phases, where delicate flavors and excellent service are the key words. Comfortably nestle into the armchairs of Le Long Bar, the festivities can begin.
This gourmet escape starts with exquisite mini pastries: a fig tartlet ideal for the season, the famous Prince of Quentin Lechat, a chocolate sweet and a raspberry gavotte with vanilla whipped cream.
To continue with refinement, Quentin Lechat has revisited his signature dessert “La Perle” with blueberries to spice up the taste buds.
The interaction pursues with a “tarte tatin” baked during 24h. Our team of Pastry Chefs will present you this dessert live; the perfect opportunity to exchange with them on your first impressions.
Our Pastry Chef proposes to extend the experience with a trio of travel cakes: the marble cake, the praline puff pastry brioche and the emblematic royal flan.
For those who would like to continue the experience at home, these three Quentin Lechat’s must-haves can be meticulously packed in a box to take away.
Only the finest and most unique pairings are proposed by Pastry Chef Quentin Lechat in collaboration with the second-to-none mixology team – including a signature buckwheat and apple mocktail.
This gourmet, intimate moment is also accompanied by hot beverages and bubbles (for Champagne lovers).
Your seat awaits!
