Treat yourself to the exotic creations of our Executive Chef Hideki Endo who offers a fine selection of holiday fare this festive season: sushi with duck foie gras, crispy rice with lobster and truffle and crispy miso lobster sashimi are just a few of the bold dishes available à la carte.

At Il Carpaccio…

Experience a meal in the light-filled glazed dining room of Il Carpaccio restaurant, where the Chef serves refined cuisine whose fresh ingredients and traditional recipes have been sourced from all over Italy. Two different menus for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve serve up winter flavours such as Lobster in Jerusalem Artichoke Sauce, Champagne Risotto or Italian desserts revisited by star confectioners Pierre Hermé Paris.

La Cuisine…

On December 25th and January 1st, the Royal Brunch will be even more delicious over the festive season with special ingredients like foie gras, all forms of smoked salmon, or oysters and shellfish, as well as a selection of traditional hot Christmas dishes prepared by our Chefs.
