To celebrate the end of year in the right way, Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris puts gastronomy in the spotlight.

The most Parisian of Palaces has not finished surprising you. For the festive season, teams of Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris have prepared a daily program in December so each of you can enjoy an activity, an experience, a delicious moment or themed workshops.

On the gastronomic side, here are all the news to remember to spend a delicious month of December:

Online shop:
From the end of November, holiday products will appear on the online shop of Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris.

  • The yule log of the Pastry Chef Quentin Lechat
  • The ganache vanilla chocolate bar
  • The famous Panettone signed Da Vittorio
  • The “galette des rois” for January

Masterclass:
Our Chefs propose exclusive culinary workshops to share their “savoir-faire” with you.

  • Thursday 1st December – Italian Christmas Recipe with Chefs Alessandra Del Favero and Oliver Piras – Reservation here
  • Monday 19th December – Sushi Class with Chef Emanuele Bombardier – Reservation here
  • Wednesday 21st December – Yule Log with Pastry Chef Quentin Lechat and Santa Claus – Reservation here

Le Bar Long is also getting into the holiday spirit:

  • Tuesday 6th December – Workshop with our mixologists to learn the creation of 3 cocktails around tapas – Reservation here
  • Wednesday 14th December – “Sax, Caviar and Champagne” event to warm up your winter evening.
  • Tuesday 20th December – Tasting of the prestigious Cognac Louis XIII at the Viñales Club.
  • Saturdays 17th & 24th and Sundays 18th & 25th December – 4-part Christmas Tea Time signed Quentin Lechat.
