For autumn season, Il Carpaccio restaurant is offering a unique culinary experience around the Alba white truffle.
At the Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris, Il Carpaccio restaurant – Awarded of one Michelin Star – is highlighting the rare and emblematic Alba white truffle.

The guests will begin their journey in the heart of Italy with a delicate scallops carpaccio or a Black Angus beef carpaccio with white truffle, followed by Home-made tagliolini prepared in the iconic whole of Parmigiano Reggiano. This moment full of surprises will pursue with a generous Veal rack with salsify, sage, potatoes purée and white truffle.

Finally, a delicious panna cotta made by Pierre Hermé, combining a hint of acidity with the sweet white chocolate, will sublimate this pure moment of evasion.
