Chef Nobu Matsuhisa will be at Le Royal Monceau towards the end of October 2016!

On this occasion, there will be an extraordinary dinner in Matsuhisa restaurant, on Friday the 21st October.

Also, during his visit, you can learn tips from the master himself, during a sushi class. Chef Nobu Matsuhisa will be your teacher on Saturday 22nd October at 17h30.

After the class, you can have a drink with the Chef

Ruinart and Erwin Olaf

Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris invites the Maison Ruinart to showcase its latest artictic collaboration with the photographer Erwin Olaf in its art gallery, Art Disctrict.
The photos of this exhibition, in black and white,  reinterpret the values of the Maison Ruinart through its chalk quarries, listed since 2015 by the UNESCO Heritage.

Dates of the exhibition : From 17th October to 4th November

From September 13th to October 31st 2016, Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris and the House of Krug Champagne offer a unique tasting experience around different culinary highlights, including a tasting of different Krug vintages for an exceptional dinner.
At Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris, the chef of the restaurant « Il Carpaccio » Roberto Rispoli – Michelin star since 2013 – revisits the great classics of Italian cuisine, with elegance and poetry.
Krug Champagne has an iconic signature with Krug Grande Cuvée, its prestige cuvée that exceeds the concept of vintage. A bottle of Krug Grande Cuvée is a meticulous blend of 120 wines, from reserve wines and wine of the year.
Each year, the Krug House selects an ordinary ingredient. In 2016, it plays on the simplicity and the minimal aesthetic of the egg.
